Naturally, you are going to provide access to more users who can access your Thinfinity® Remote Workspace Online workspaces. Let us guide you through the process on how to get started with User Creation:
On the Top right side of the screen you will find a blue button with the legend New User. Click on that button to get started:
Fill in all the required details, which include the following:
Fill in with the First Name for your new contact.
Fill in with the Last Name for your new contact.
The role a particular user will take, is defined on this section. You can add more Admins or create Users. Users will not have Admin rights to create accounts or add Workspaces.
The registration process requires an email to send the invite to and complete the validation process.
Re-enter the user's email address for confirmation.
Once complete, the user will receive an email that will instruct him/her on how to proceed with the registration process:
Hit on Create Password to continue:
Create your new Thinfinity® Remote Workspace Online password. Click Create to complete the registration process.
