User Creation
Naturally, you are going to provide access to more users who can access your Thinfinity® Remote Workspace Online workspaces. Let us guide you through the process on how to get started with User Creation:
- On the Top right side of the screen you will find a blue button with the legend New User. Click on that button to get started:

- Fill in all the required details, which include the following:
OPTION | DESCRIPTION |
---|---|
First Name | Fill in with the First Name for your new contact. |
Last Name | Fill in with the Last Name for your new contact. |
Role | The role a particular user will take, is defined on this section. You can add more Admins or create Users. Users will not have Admin rights to create accounts or add Workspaces. |
Email | The registration process requires an email to send the invite to and complete the validation process. |
Email Confirmation | Re-enter the user's email address for confirmation. |
- Once complete, the user will receive an email that will instruct him/her on how to proceed with the registration process:

- Hit on Create Password to continue:

- Create your new Thinfinity® Remote Workspace Online password. Click Create to complete the registration process.
