Bi-directional Audio Redirection

By default, the microphone redirection will be disabled.

To enable sound redirection, you would need to open the Thinfinity® Remote Workspace Online portal, go to the Access Profile of your connection, click on Edit (the pen on the top-right corner of the profile icon) then go to Resources and finally check the Enable Remote Sound option:
